Strategy

RBZ’s strategy has evolved to reflect the growing demand from foreigners for US based investments. Initially, the strategy was focused on helping Brazilian investors seeking to expand their business and investments in the USA. Along the way a number of opportunities were presented to us and the company also started investing in land assets that could be acquire at attractive prices and appreciate through permitting and development. This also generated new several opportunities to our clients/partners both in the short and long-term markets.

This evolution in strategy was also accompanied by a refinement and strengthening of our executive team and expansion of offices.

Marcio Ramos as the highest ranking executive in our organization, does not settle for "good enough", with an extensive background in bringing efficiency and effectiveness to companies operations, mainly through a balanced approach, focused on increasing revenues and cutting costs, he is our key piece in the company strategy. Mr.Ramos founded Rio Buzios Beach Hotels in 2004, a company which became quickly a benchmark for its industry. Mr. Ramos is well recognized by his financial and world economics knowledge and have received several awards through Rio Buzios Hotels for its innovative marketing and advertisement ideas, he has within the past years through in several institutions master programs of economics and international finances. Mr. Ramos has always been an entrepreneur with partnership mentality and has been called by major companies of this industry as a consultant for his respected vast experience, he has an astute understanding of the financial requirements of a successful business consultancy organization. He has worked in the industry for over twelve years and can speak the vernacular with other industry executives, which has helped build credibility and reliability among his peers. He maintains a healthy and diverse network of industry professionals that helps him keep his “finger on the pulse,” which is important in a field that requires a thorough understanding of how to perfectly combine business investments logistics, risk management and customer service to create a successful business.
